Karma, Cause & Effect
Karma, Cause and Effect helps you see how your choices ripple outward, learn from your patterns, and act with more intention. It's a reflective writing exercise where you trace how an action or choice led to its consequences, in your own life.
Looking honestly at how actions lead to outcomes builds awareness of your own patterns, which makes it easier to choose deliberately rather than repeat the same chains unconsciously. You may feel a clearer sense of agency, some sober recognition of past patterns, or motivation to choose differently. Reflecting on the consequences of one's actions aligns with research on self-reflection and behavior change. The idea of karma, that actions carry consequences, comes from Buddhist and Hindu philosophy, here used as a lens for honest self-reflection. If the connections feel hard to trace or it gets abstract, that's normal, even one honest example is enough, and the pattern-spotting sharpens with practice.
