What this is

I’m Alex. I’m not a teacher or a wellness coach. I’m a tech guy who burned out and found something that worked.

A year and a half ago I started doing Kundalini breathwork every single day. Within a month I started recovering. I never stopped.

I practice this every day anyway. So I decided to do it live, so you don’t have to do it alone.

What is Kundalini breathwork?

A series of specific breathing patterns that physiologically regulate your nervous system, and over time rewire how your brain responds to stress.

No experience needed. No flexibility required. Just your breath.

What happens in each session

This isn’t a breathwork lesson. We play a video and follow through together. I practice alongside you, not in front of you.

The 20 minutes

  1. 5 min. I explain the breathing pattern and answer questions.

  2. 12–13 min. We do the breathwork together.

  3. 1 min. Silent meditation.

  4. 2–3 min. Open floor. Share what came up if you want to.

Total: about 20 minutes. Short enough to do every day.

A few things worth knowing

  • You can show up and just watch the first time without doing anything.
  • If you miss a day or two, don’t quit. Just show up the next day. Think of it like going to the gym for your brain. Consistency is everything; perfection is not.
  • If you join while we’re already doing the breathwork, no worries. Mute yourself, watch how it works, and come back the next day a few minutes early so you can jump in from the start.

Why we do this together

Because doing it alone is hard. Doing it with others, even strangers on a screen, changes something.

This is a small daily community of people choosing to show up for themselves. That’s it.
