3 Question Mood Check
The 3 Question Mood Check helps you name how you're feeling, spot what's driving it, and get a clearer read on your inner state. It's a short writing exercise built around three simple questions about your mood and what's behind it.
Putting feelings into words, sometimes called affect labeling, takes some of the charge out of them and helps you see your state more objectively instead of being inside it. You may notice clarity, a small sense of relief, or surprise at what surfaces when you actually name it. Naming and writing about emotions has been studied for supporting emotional regulation and self-awareness. It draws on reflective journaling and mood-tracking approaches used in modern therapy and self-monitoring. If you're not sure how you feel or the words don't come easily, that's normal, even a rough answer is useful, and naming gets easier with practice.
Your program picks one to three of these a day, in the minutes you have.
